Mentoring America Pickleball Tournament

  1. Sign up to be a team captain using the form at the bottom of this page. Only one submission is required per team, so make sure to include the name of your partner.

  2. Each team must raise $40 in order to participate in the tournament. Please submit this amount by Thursday, March 21st through one of the following payment methods:

    • Zelle (preferred): nrodriguez@mentoringamerica.org

    • Venmo: @sophiacorrales

  3. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time so that we can check you in. Each team captain will receive an email on Saturday morning with the tournament schedule.
